Aion 2 Launch Test Priorities for Level 37 Players U4N

Повідомлення JackWalker »

The AION 2 Launch Scale Test is not really about building a character that will last. The level cap is 37, the available testing period is limited, and all progress will be wiped before the global launch on October 5. Because of that, I think players should treat the test as a chance to learn the systems that matter most rather than trying to complete everything on the map. Even if you are mainly interested in Aion 2 Items, the smartest approach is still to focus on content that teaches you how progression and combat work.

The temporary nature of the test also changes how I would approach Aion 2 Items. There is little reason to spend hours collecting resources simply because they are available. Instead, reaching the level 37 cap and unlocking important activities should come first. Once the major systems are open, you can use the remaining time to test group content, builds, regional progression, and daily rewards before starting fresh at launch.

Reach Level 37 Before Chasing Optional Content
Getting to level 37 should be the first major goal. The cap unlocks the Third Expedition, which is arguably the most important PvE activity available during the test. Earlier levels already introduce daily dungeons and the second Expedition, but the Third Expedition gives you a better look at higher-level group gameplay.

I would avoid getting distracted by every side activity while leveling. Some exploration can be useful, but reaching the cap gives you access to more meaningful systems. Once you reach level 37, you can return to unfinished areas with a better understanding of what is actually worth your time.

Make the Third Expedition a Priority
The Third Expedition should be near the top of your testing list because it lets you experience five-player content at the highest available level. This is where you can learn much more about your class than you can from ordinary enemies.

Pay attention to matchmaking, party coordination, positioning, and boss mechanics. You should also notice how comfortable your class feels when you have to react quickly rather than simply follow a basic solo rotation.

If you are still choosing a main class for launch, this is especially useful. A class that feels good while leveling may behave differently in a coordinated group. The test gives you an opportunity to discover that before October 5.

Experiment With Stigma Skills
Reaching the upper level range also gives you enough progression to explore a fuller Stigma setup. Rather than choosing one combination and leaving it untouched, try several configurations.

Changing Stigma Skills can affect your rotation and how your class handles different situations. You can test a setup against ordinary enemies, then take it into group content and see whether the same choices remain comfortable.

This is also a good time to compare the available combat settings. The test allows players to switch between the newer AION 2 combat approach and an AION 1-style option. Trying both is much more useful than assuming one will feel better before you have actually played with it.

Do Not Ignore Regional Objectives
Regional green quests and map encounters may look less important than dungeons, but they can provide permanent passive progression and contribute to systems connected with regional completion and the Donian/Daeva board.

Since the test will be wiped, you do not need to become a completionist. Instead, complete enough of these objectives to understand their effect on Gear Score and character power.

That information can help you plan your real launch route. If certain regional activities provide meaningful stats, you will know whether they deserve an early place in your October leveling schedule.

Save Duty Quests for Valuable Rewards
Duty Quests are another area where efficiency matters. With only five available per day, choosing objectives randomly can waste part of the testing window.

At level 37, I would pay particular attention to Duty Quests connected with Hidden Cube Keys and Ariel's Trace Fragments. The point is not to build a permanent stockpile, since the test progress disappears. Instead, use these quests to understand the reward system and identify which daily activities may matter after launch.

Final Test Priorities
The best way to use the Launch Scale Test is to think like a tester rather than a permanent character. Reach level 37, unlock the Third Expedition, experiment with Stigma Skills and combat settings, and then investigate regional objectives and valuable Duty Quests. That gives you useful information about the systems you will actually use after launch. If you want to prepare your future spending plans as well, learning which rewards and progression materials matter can make cheap Aion 2 Items much easier to evaluate later.
